Get Help

A variety of resources are available for dealing with most issues that people face as a result of aging or other life changes. Sometimes we may be overwhelmed by the quantity of information available.  A spiritual community can provide significant support by helping a person integrate their faith and values in decision making, as well as assisting with practical supports. Below is a list of some key general resources, and we recommend that you reach out to your local or regional faith group for support in navigating whatever waters of change you are facing.
